Commercial Journeyman Plumber

About this role

Experienced journeyman plumber needed for commercial construction and service work across the Dallas, TX area. You will work on commercial builds, tenant improvements, and service calls installing and maintaining piping, fixtures, and water heaters. This is hands-on work: read and follow blueprints, install copper tubing and other commercial systems, perform pressure tests, and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues. Reliable attendance, a strong work ethic, and safe job-site habits are required.

What you'll do

• • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for commercial projects
• • Install, repair, and maintain commercial piping systems (including copper tube/pipe) and fixtures
• • Install and service commercial water heaters and related equipment; perform routine maintenance
• • Perform pressure testing, leak detection, and ensure work meets plumbing codes and inspections
• • Coordinate daily work with foremen, general contractors, and other trades on site
• • Maintain tools, complete job logs, track materials, and keep a clean, safe work area

What we're looking for

• • Journeyman-level plumbing experience with a focus on commercial construction or service
• • Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• • Hands-on experience installing copper tube/pipe and commercial plumbing systems
• • Experience installing and maintaining commercial water heaters and related equipment
• • Working knowledge of commercial plumbing codes, testing procedures, and troubleshooting
• • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites across the Dallas area

Qualifications

• • Journeyman plumbing license or equivalent journeyman card (local or state)
• • OSHA-10 (or OSHA-30 preferred) or site-specific safety training
• • Backflow certification and water-heater/manufacturer training preferred
• • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• • Ability to pass drug screen and background check
• • Bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus
