Seeking experienced rodbusters and concrete laborers for industrial projects in the Lake Charles, LA area. This is a per diem, site-based role working on reinforced concrete — bridges, buildings, slabs-on-grade and industrial structures. Candidates must have proven industrial experience and a valid TWIC card. Work is project-driven and hands-on: cut, bend and tie rebar, fabricate cages, install rebar in walls, columns and slabs, and support general concrete reinforcing tasks. Per diem assignments are available for qualified candidates with solid rebar/rodbuster backgrounds.

You’ll work outdoors on footings, columns, pier caps, decks, approach slabs and barrier walls, following design drawings and direction from the foreman. This is physical, team-based work that values safety, reliability, and skill growth. Pay ranges $23–$31.50/hr (higher rates require passing the NCCER assessment). Health benefits start after 90 days and 401(k) after one year. Some travel, overtime, and weekend work may be required.
