Hands-on exterior skin foreman role leading crews that install insulated metal panels, rainscreen systems, sheet metal flashing/trim, louvers and expansion joints. You’ll work in the field with crews — putting bags on, setting layout, and ensuring the wall is installed right and watertight. This is a regional role with regular travel to multi-month projects. You’ll plan work, sequence crews, manage materials and equipment, own safety and quality, and train and mentor installers. Strong performers move up into superintendent-level roles.
