  • Install racking, anchors, roof penetrations and sealing; mount and secure solar panels
  • Run string wiring, install inverters and AC/DC balance-of-system components; coordinate electrical work
  • Perform concrete-related scopes: form, place, finish, and cure as required for mounting and supports
  • Operate material handling and aerial equipment; manage daily logistics, staging and inventory
  • Travel between project sites and enforce site safety, quality checks, and punch-list completion

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years industrial or commercial construction experience; minimum 5+ years in solar/PV installation
  • Proven crew leadership or foreman experience on commercial PV projects
  • Hands-on experience with racking systems, panel layout, stringing, inverters, and AC/DC components
  • Experience with roof penetrations, sealing/welding, anchoring, and basic concrete work
  • OSHA 10 required; ability to travel between job sites and lift heavy materials regularly

Qualifications

  • OSHA 10 (required)
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation (required for travel between sites)
  • Aerial lift / MEWP certification and forklift experience (preferred)
  • Welding certification (preferred) and experience with sealing/welding roof details
  • Fluent English; Spanish language ability a plus

What we offer

  • Project travel between Austin, Dallas and San Antonio markets with site-to-site work
  • Overtime opportunities and consistent, predictable schedules on multi-day projects
  • Paid time off and jobsite safety gear provided
  • Tool allowance or reimbursement for trade tools and PPE
  • Opportunities for advancement into lead/foreman roles and on-the-job training
