Join a renewables crew based in the Tampa/Central Florida area installing commercial and industrial rooftop PV systems. This hands-on role combines rooftop racking and module installation, material handling, crew leadership, and coordination with electrical trades on active jobsites. You’ll run laborer crews, manage site logistics and material flow, read structural drawings and schematics, perform roof penetrations and anchoring, and troubleshoot grid-tied systems. Travel to projects across the U.S. is required.

Be part of a ground-mounted solar project in Fort Pierce, FL. We need reliable PV Installers to start Monday, September 21 for a 2+ month engagement with the possibility to extend. Work is outdoors and crew-oriented. Candidates with solar/PV experience are preferred, but basic construction experience is required. Basic carpentry skills are a plus.
