You’ll work outdoors using hand and power tools to assemble torque tubes, set drive motors, install dampeners and linkage, and mount solar modules while meeting daily production targets. This is physical, hands-on work in all weather conditions. Candidates should be dependable, able to follow safety procedures, perform inventory and equipment checks, and help keep the jobsite clean and operational. Prior solar experience is a plus but not required — we train motivated, hardworking people.
