As a Solar Installer you'll assemble racking, set torque tubes and drive motors, install modules, and complete quality checks to meet daily production goals. This is hands-on outdoor work in varying weather. Pay is $19–$22/hr plus a $50/day per diem. The role requires safe, consistent performance, basic tool skills, and the ability to lift and move materials on a production-paced job site.
