You’ll be the on-site company representative — managing subcontractors, coordinating multiple trades, enforcing safety, and keeping projects on schedule and to spec. Extensive travel and per diem apply. This is a hands-on superintendent role: review plans and submittals, run layout and as-builts, manage QC testing (compaction, pressure, hydrostatic), keep detailed daily reports and photos, and represent the company at preconstruction and progress meetings. Pay range is $90k–$115k/yr with per diem for travel days.
