Every worker on Skillit has undergone a rigorous onboarding process. Workers first have to create a detailed profile. We collect and verify dozens of data points, including skills, work history, professional references, and valid certifications.
We’re different from job boards and local temp agencies because these data points are available to you to review via their profile.
Workers also do a phone interview with our worker success team, phone number and email verification process and many workers also choose to verify their craft skills by taking one or more of our proprietary craft skill assessments. -
