We are hiring experienced cement masons and concrete finishers in El Paso, TX to work on flatwork projects including slabs, sidewalks, and other surface placement. You’ll be part of crews handling concrete placement, leveling, finishing and proper curing across local commercial and civil sites. This is hands-on work in outdoor conditions. Typical assignments include day-shift work on project sites in the El Paso area with opportunities for overtime. You must be able to read basic construction plans, follow directions, and deliver consistent surface quality.

Join a civil construction crew in San Antonio as a hands‑on Civil Concrete Finisher. You’ll be responsible for placing, finishing and curing concrete on site to meet project specs and quality standards. This is a physical, fast‑paced role that requires attention to grade, surface finish, and jobsite safety. Day‑to‑day you’ll set grades, spread and strike off concrete, apply float and trowel finishes, form and finish edges and joints, and protect cures until surfaces reach specification. Experienced finishers will mentor less experienced crew members and help maintain productivity and safe work practices in the field.
