You will lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial construction and service jobs, coordinate daily tasks, and make sure work is done right, on time, and safely. This role requires strong hands-on electrical experience, proven crew leadership, effective communication with project stakeholders, and the ability to represent the organization professionally during phone screens and interviews.
