You’ll run excavators with grapples, shears, processors and hammers, plus loaders and other specialty machinery to safely process and move concrete, metal and debris. This is a travel-heavy role (up to 100% travel) with per diem, lodging and meals provided while on assignment. The position requires a strong safety mindset, routine equipment care, and the ability to work long shifts on active demo sites where following load charts and site safety rules is essential.

Under a foreman’s direction you’ll run excavators, dozers, skid steers and loaders to handle layout, fine grading, trenching, pit excavations, finishing work and hoisting while keeping equipment safe and productive. This is hands-on, on-site work. You’ll set up rotating and slope lasers or GPS, plan spoil and truck needs to keep production moving, complete trenching to OSHA standards, backfill and compact in lifts, and perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance. Reliable attendance and the ability to follow drawings and grade specs are required.
