Join a skilled field crew as a Journeyman Ironworker in Little Rock, AR. You’ll read blueprints, layout and fabricate steel members, rig and signal lifts, bolt and weld components, and set structural frames on commercial and industrial sites. This is hands-on trade work that requires accuracy, strength, and safe jobsite habits. Expect full days on construction sites doing heavy steel erection, alignment and finish work. Work includes climbing, rigging, use of hand and power tools, and operating around cranes and lifts. Pay is up to $30/hr depending on experience.
