You’ll supervise and mentor Safety Coordinators and Specialists, develop site-specific safety plans, run audits and inspections, and work directly with project teams to eliminate hazards. This field-based role requires strong leadership in the field, hands-on incident investigations and root cause analysis, and clear communication with project management and corporate safety. Travel between project sites is expected; candidates willing to relocate are encouraged to apply.
