This is hands-on work—expect physical labor, travel to nearby job sites, and steady skill development through company-led safety and trade training.

Join a local concrete forming crew in Culpeper, VA installing footing, wall, column, slab-on-grade, deck and tilt-up/precast forms. You’ll work on commercial and civil projects, following building layouts and working with small crews to set formwork that’s straight, square and safe. This is hands-on carpentry on active job sites. You must be able to follow layout information, lift and handle materials, operate basic power and hand tools, and work to crew directions. OSHA 10 is preferred but training and certification support can be provided after hire.
