Experienced pipelayer/Civil Foreman needed to lead underground utilities crews on projects nationwide. Pay is $33–$45/hr. You’ll run daily field operations focusing on pipe work, utility systems, testing, and safe, compliant execution. You’ll manage crew sequencing and production, read plans and profiles, order materials (sand, rock, etc.), coordinate inspections and testing, and communicate directly with the superintendent. This role is hands-on: expect to lead toolbox talks, complete daily PTPs and reports, and use advanced rigging skills in the field.

You’ll install pipe and structures to plan and tolerance, use levels and lasers for layout, grade trench bases, and backfill worked areas. This role is hands-on, physically demanding, and focused on getting the job done right and safely. We’re looking for experienced pipelayers with a minimum of 5 years of underground pipe-laying experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to train and work with other crew members.
