We kicked off summer with some exciting updates 🏖️ Here’s what’s new:

Smart Search

We updated our search dashboard to improve organization for teams.

Customized Search Dashboard: Rather than immediately presenting a craft worker search, the employer dashboard now offers a structured overview of all craft worker searches.

💡Pro Tip: Your search parameters are now displayed at the top for quick editing. To create a new search, simply look for workers and click 'save'.

Categorize Craft Workers: As employers interact with candidates - by contacting them, indicating interest, or hiding them - they'll be automatically sorted into categories.

💡Pro Tip: Craft workers you've categorized will be removed from your main dashboard, keeping your search results current and focused on new candidates.

In case you missed it, here’s what we launched in May 2024:

• Public Profiles: Sharing skilled worker profiles just got easier. Skilled worker profiles on Skillit no longer require an account to view. This means you can now share worker profiles with team members across your organization even if they don’t have a Skillit account.

• Inbox Improvements: Employers now have the ability to search by a skilled worker’s name via a new search bar in the customer inbox.
