Why traditional craft sourcing solutions weren’t working

Brasfield & Gorrie needed to hire 100 full-time skilled pipefitters, laborers and welders over a 3-month period in Q3 of 2024 as they prepared to break ground on a big project in Atlanta. The hiring process has always been a critical input into maintaining high standards of project execution at Brasfield & Gorrie, but has traditionally been conducted through the company’s website, following a linear 4-step path:
