🚀 ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you an outgoing, ambitious self-starter who thrives in face-to-face interactions? We’re looking for a Direct Marketing Representative to help grow our construction craft labor marketplace by recruiting construction workers to set up free profiles on our platform. This is a hands-on, in-person role ideal for someone who knows where to find construction talent and isn’t afraid to start conversations. The role will start off temporary but may become permanent with strong performance. High earning potential for those that can find and recruit construction workers.

🏋️‍♀️ WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Engage with construction workers in high-traffic areas such as job sites, coffee shops, bars, restaurants and other places where construction workers congregate. 

• Educate workers on the benefits of joining the Skillit platform and assist them with sign-up.

• Develop creative outreach strategies to maximize sign-ups.

• Track daily sign-ups and report progress.

• Represent Skillit with enthusiasm and professionalism.

🧬 WHO YOU ARE

• An outgoing person who is comfortable starting conversations with new people.

• A self-starter that can work independently and take initiative without a direct manager to supervise.

• An understanding of where to find and connect with construction workers.

• Someone who is ambitious and can grow into the role. A successful representative could not only become a permanent member of the team, but help train and launch other direct marketing efforts in other markets.

• Sales or direct marketing experience is a plus but not required.

• Spanish speaker preferred

• Daily Pay: $100 per day plus $2 per worker sign-up (no cap).

• Flexibility: Work independently on your own schedule.
