ISEC’s mobile hiring challenge: Sourcing and interviewing in the field

Nick Gratz, the ISEC Ops Manager, needed to hire carpenters for a project fast. The problem was that he was always in the field or on the move between sites. After trying several job boards that required recruiters to sit at a desk, which pulled them away from the field and failed to produce high quality candidates, ISEC and Nick turned to Skillit.
