As a concrete worker, you will handle site preparation, concrete placement, finishing, and curing for foundations, slabs, sidewalks, and structural components. This position requires practical field experience, physical endurance, and close attention to detail to ensure structural strength and quality finishes.
You will work alongside supervisors, project managers, and other trades to complete assignments safely and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare job sites through grading, cleaning, and form setup
Mix, pour, and distribute concrete using manual and powered tools
Install and align forms according to blueprints and layout specifications
Smooth and finish concrete surfaces using trowels, floats, and finishing equipment
Place reinforcing materials such as rebar and wire mesh
Monitor curing conditions to ensure durability and structural integrity
Repair and resurface damaged concrete structures when required
Follow OSHA regulations and site safety standards at all times
Concrete Carpenter & Formwork Responsibilities
