Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of construction experience

• Ability to lift or pull up to 75 lbs and handle physically demanding tasks

• Comfortable climbing ladders, working from lifts, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods

• Strong understanding of job-site safety procedures

• Ability to work in varying weather conditions

• Leadership experience preferred for Foreman roles
