Coming Soon to Skillit: Flow - Your Best Candidates Delivered
What if the right craft workers just showed up in your inbox? With Skillit's new matching product, Flow, they will.
How It Works
As new workers build profiles on Skillit, our system automatically matches them against your active searches. When a worker is a strong fit, they're emailed directly to you on a weekly basis, no resume hunting, no manual filtering. Just qualified candidates, ready for you to review and reach out to.
You can also find your latest matches in the top right corner of your dashboard, right alongside your active searches. When you click into a profile, you'll see a timestamp showing exactly when that worker was matched to your search, a small but important detail.
Why Timing Matters
That timestamp is your signal to act. The fresher the match, the better your chances. Workers who have just joined Skillit and matched your search are actively looking. This means they're more likely to respond, more likely to be available, and more likely to move quickly through your hiring process. The sooner you reach out after receiving a match, the higher your response rate will be.
Built for Quality, Not Volume
Flow is designed to take the review work out of the equation entirely. Every candidate delivered to you has been matched against your specific search criteria, qualified, fresh, and ready for outreach. All you have to do is reach out and conduct the interview.
That said, Flow is a supplement to your broader hiring efforts, not a replacement. Not every open role will be filled through a weekly match, and large-scale hiring still requires the full Skillit search experience. Think of Flow as your pipeline of quick-win candidates, a steady stream of high-quality matches that keeps your hiring moving even when you're heads-down on other work.
Help Us Get It Right
As we continue to refine Flow's matching algorithm, your feedback is invaluable. If a match lands in your inbox and doesn't quite fit your search, flag it to our team. Every piece of feedback helps us sharpen the algorithm and improve the quality of matches over time.
Flow is just getting started and the best matches are ahead.
